How much does Complly cost?
Complly Risk is £39 a month on special offer, with unlimited RAMS and documents and everything in Risk, including COSHH assessments and “Attack my RAMS”. Complly Construct covers up to five live projects with unlimited users and unlimited documents; its price is coming soon. Complly Construct Enterprise (unlimited projects) is priced with our team. Complly Ready, Complly FRA and Complly Inspection prices are coming soon. All prices exclude VAT.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on Complly Risk: a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start. Complly Construct does not have a free trial at the moment; talk to us at [email protected].
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT.
How many projects does each licence cover?
Complly Construct covers up to five live projects at once, and Complly Construct Enterprise has no limit.
Will I be charged for each document?
No. Every licence includes unlimited documents, so drafting, revising and competent-person sign-off are never charged separately.
How do team pools work?
Team pools are for Complly Construct licences only. Add Complly Risk seats to Complly Construct or Complly Construct Enterprise in pools of 5, at £20 per user per month, or £1,000 per pool per year (two months free). Hand them to your own team or the subcontractors on any of your projects, and move people between projects as often as you like at no extra cost.
What is Complly Ready, and what does it cost?
Complly Ready is a pre-qualification add-on. It keeps the policies, safety records, people’s competence and training that CHAS (Standard, Advanced and Elite) and Constructionline Gold ask for current, and builds a checked pre-qualification pack in one click. Its price is coming soon. It is included with Complly Construct at no extra cost and is an add-on to Complly Risk. Complly Ready helps you prepare; CHAS and Constructionline carry out the assessment, and Complly is not affiliated with either.
Which licence do I need?
Take Complly Risk if you are a solo trade, freelancer or small team producing your own RAMS, COSHH assessments and compliance documents. Take Complly Construct if you run a site and need to review and approve your subcontractors’ RAMS with “Attack my RAMS”, run the CDM 2015 workflow and COSHH assessments, and report on the job. Move to Complly Construct Enterprise when you run more than five live projects.
Is competent-person sign-off included on every licence?
Yes, always, and it is never charged separately. Rodney drafts; a competent person reviews, edits where needed and signs off before any document can be used. Version history and the audit trail are included on every licence too.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees, and onboarding and training are included on every licence.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. You pay pro-rata for the rest of the month, and renewal stays on your usual billing date.
What happens if I downgrade?
A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date. Partial months are not refunded, and your current features stay on until then.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — up to 3 months a year at no charge. Your documents stay stored and accessible while you’re paused.
How do I cancel?
Give 30 days’ notice. On an annual plan you’re refunded pro-rata for the unused months. There are no early termination fees.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes: 20% off every licence for registered non-profits, 30% off for construction education providers, and negotiated rates for 5 or more team pools or multi-year contracts. Refer a new customer and we’ll take £50 off your next bill.
How can I pay?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Direct Debit from a UK account, or bank transfer. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice on 30 or 60 days.
