Construction Intelligence Platform
Whether you're the Subcontractor who needs the RAMS tonight, or the Main Contractor who has to prove the whole job was managed properly — we've got your compliance documents covered.
Complly.ai's Construction Intelligence Platform handles the paperwork that slows you down or leaves you exposed, and turns it into protection that holds up to scrutiny. It's simple — just Ask Rodney.
Two products. One assistant – Just Ask Rodney.
Complly Risk for the subcontractor — it delivers a trade-specific RAMS written, challenged and cleared for site, not sent back after rejection.
Complly Construct for the main contractor or Principal Designer — it builds one clear, signed-off trail from design risk through to the H&S file, so when the client, insurer or HSE demands proof, you send a single link instead of hunting through folders for days.
Same platform. Same assistant. Documents that stand up when it counts. That's the whole lineup — no tiers, no add-ons, nothing coming soon.

Tell us about your site. We write the documents and check they properly cover the risks. Only then can they be signed off. Everything is logged and can be traced.

Rodney — the assistant that sits underneath everything
Same knowledge whether you're doing one RAMS or running ten sites. Rodney writes the draft. A real competent person always has the final say before anything is used on site. Everything is logged so you can prove what was done and when.
Just two products — Complly Risk and Complly Construct, and the same Rodney underneath both.
Don't ask a generic assistant.
Ask Rodney.
Most tools just write something that looks about right. Rodney is built for UK construction health & safety. It checks its own work, flags problems, and will not let a document go out until a competent person has signed it off.
That's the difference.
Construction compliance, answered
The questions we hear most from site managers, contractors and H&S executives.
How does Complly work out my liability on a construction site?
For each site, Complly works out the documents the work requires and checks them against what you actually hold. Where something is missing, it prices the biggest gap — drawn from the Sentencing Council sentencing guideline for health & safety offences and recent HSE construction convictions — so you can see which gap carries the most and what closing it is worth. It is an illustrative guide to help you prioritise, not a prediction, a quote or legal advice, and a competent person still signs off every document.
Is Complly's liability figure the same as public-liability insurance?
No. It is your estimated exposure to enforcement action and fines under health & safety law — a distinct thing from public-liability insurance, which covers third-party claims. Complly's figure is an illustrative guide to help you prioritise the gaps on a site, grounded in published sentencing guidance and HSE figures. It is not insurance and it is not legal advice.
Can Complly run compliance for a whole project, not just one document?
Yes — a project in Complly is one construction site. It works out what that site requires, flags what is missing, and prices the gap as liability, then runs the CDM 2015 lifecycle end to end: the hazard register (the single source of truth) feeds the pre-construction information, construction phase plan, RAMS, COSHH assessments, permits and the health & safety file, with competent-person sign-off gates and golden-thread traceability. Because every document reads from the same record, nothing drifts between stages.
What is a RAMS?
A RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) is the document UK construction uses to show a job has been thought through: the risk assessment identifies the hazards and how they are controlled, and the method statement sets out the safe sequence of work. Principal contractors routinely require an approved RAMS before anyone starts on site. Complly Risk drafts one from a plain-English job description, scores each risk red/amber/green, and routes it to a competent person for sign-off.
What is a COSHH assessment?
A COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessment identifies the hazardous substances used in a job — adhesives, cements, solvents, dusts — and the controls that keep people safe. With Complly Risk you can produce one alongside a RAMS or start one by photographing a substance label; assessments are grounded in a substance library with safety-data-sheet facts.
Do I need a construction phase plan under CDM 2015?
Yes. The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require a construction phase plan for every construction project, however small, drawn up by the contractor before the construction phase begins. Complly drafts a CDM 2015 construction phase plan from your project details, ready for a competent person to review and sign off.
Who reviews and signs off the documents?
A competent person — always. Rodney only drafts; every document must be reviewed, edited where needed and signed off by a qualified human before it can be used. Reviewers get a simple link by email (no password or account needed), record their name and competence, and the sign-off joins a tamper-proof audit trail.
