Your construction
compliance assistant
Complly AI gives H&S executives and their clients intelligent apps that draft the documents you live by — RAMS, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks and construction phase plans — in minutes instead of days, with fire risk assessments and site inspections on the way. Every output is reviewed and signed off by a competent person, so you stay fast and defensible.

Built for the documents UK construction can't operate without
Compliance by design
Every output is grounded in the specific UK regulation it enforces — never vague, generic H&S language.
Hours back, every week
Work that took days of manual drafting and code lookup is produced in minutes, ready for your review.
Meet Rodney — one assistant, every app
Rodney works across your whole workflow — one assistant and one consistent compliance platform, from first draft to sign-off.
Practical compliance, built around how construction really works
Compliance shouldn't mean choosing between speed and defensibility. Complly AI removes the grind from the paperwork while keeping a qualified human firmly in control of every decision.
Rodney does the drafting, not the deciding
Our apps produce a structured first draft in minutes. A competent person reviews, edits and signs off — you always have the final word.
Legally defensible by default
Immutable audit logs, version history and mandatory sign-off gates produce the evidence trail you need for CDM 2015, PAS 79-2 and negligence-liability record-keeping.
Grounded in UK regulation
Hazard libraries, risk scoring and checklists map to HASAWA, COSHH, PUWER, Working at Height and the Building Safety Act — not generic templates.
Cost and friction stripped out
Non-specialists can capture quality evidence on site; specialists review remotely. Less travel, less re-keying, faster billing and reporting cycles.
Consistency across every job
The same rigorous, structured process every time — so quality doesn't depend on who happened to write the document that day.
Your data stays in the UK
Hosted entirely in the UK with encryption in transit and at rest, designed around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
One platform, purpose-built tools
Each app tackles a document-heavy corner of construction compliance — and they share the same DNA: Rodney drafting, mandatory human sign-off, and a full audit trail.
ComplyHub
Your whole health & safety obligation in one place. A free, Rodney-guided assessment scores exactly where you stand, then ComplyHub builds the policies, risk assessments and COSHH documents you're missing — with competent-person sign-off and a clear path to CHAS, SMAS and ISO 45001 accreditation.
- Free guided H&S compliance assessment
- Policy, risk assessment & COSHH generation
- Expert sign-off & accreditation journeys
Comply Risk
Describe the job in plain English and Rodney drafts the paperwork with you — compliant RAMS, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks and CDM 2015 construction phase plans, exported as PDFs carrying your company logo. Then let "Attack my RAMS" red-team the draft like a hostile reviewer before a competent person signs it off.
- RAMS, COSHH, toolbox talks & construction phase plans
- "Attack my RAMS" review with approval scoring & fix loop
- Photo hazard-spotting, offline on site & live QR posters
Fire Risk Assessment Platform
Rodney's fire risk assessments to PAS 79-2:2020. A non-specialist walks the property on a mobile app while Rodney analyses each capture in seconds; a qualified assessor reviews, overrides where needed and signs off remotely — producing a legally defensible evidence pack.
- On-site walk-through with Rodney
- Vision analysis with confidence scoring
- Remote assessor review & sign-off
Site Inspection App
Rodney emulates how the HSE conducts an in-person site inspection — guiding operatives through CDM-grounded checklists, flagging hazards on the spot and producing legally defensible audit logs, with competent-person review before any report is issued.
- CDM 2015 & HASAWA-grounded checks
- On-site hazard flagging & evidence capture
- Competent-person review & sign-off
The same trusted flow behind every app
Complly AI never replaces professional judgement — it removes the manual grind around it.
Capture
Describe the task, walk the site, or upload a previously issued RAMS to reuse. Capture happens where the work is — often on a phone.
Assisted drafts
Purpose-built pipelines produce a structured, regulation-grounded draft in minutes, with confidence scores and reasoning.
Human reviews
A competent person accepts, edits or overrides every finding. Approval is impossible without this step.
Sign off & deliver
The signed document and its immutable audit trail are delivered to the client — defensible and ready to use.

Construction compliance, answered
The questions we hear most from site managers, contractors and H&S executives.
What is a RAMS?
A RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) is the document UK construction uses to show a job has been thought through: the risk assessment identifies the hazards and how they are controlled, and the method statement sets out the safe sequence of work. Principal contractors routinely require an approved RAMS before anyone starts on site. Complly AI's Comply Risk drafts one from a plain-English job description, scores each risk red/amber/green, and routes it to a competent person for sign-off.
Do I need a construction phase plan under CDM 2015?
Yes. The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require a construction phase plan for every construction project, however small, drawn up by the contractor before the construction phase begins. Comply Risk drafts a CDM 2015 construction phase plan from your project details, ready for a competent person to review and sign off.
How much does a RAMS cost with Complly AI?
Final pricing is coming soon. It will be simple pay-as-you-go Rodney credits — no subscription, one balance that works across every app, with bigger documents costing more credits than small ones. Right now Complly AI is in its beta programme: beta testers get free credits and no card is required. Join the beta and you'll get early-adopter rates when pricing launches.
Who reviews and signs off the documents?
A competent person — always. Rodney only drafts; every document must be reviewed, edited where needed and signed off by a qualified human before it can be used. Reviewers get a simple link by email (no password or account needed), record their name and competence, and the sign-off joins a tamper-proof audit trail.
What is a COSHH assessment?
A COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessment identifies the hazardous substances used in a job — adhesives, cements, solvents, dusts — and the controls that keep people safe. With Comply Risk you can produce one alongside a RAMS or start one by photographing a substance label; assessments are grounded in a substance library with safety-data-sheet facts.
Does Complly AI work on site without signal?
Yes. Comply Risk installs on a phone like an app, previously opened documents keep working with no signal, and anything you send while offline queues and delivers when the connection returns. Approved RAMS also get a site QR poster, so a printed copy always resolves to the latest signed-off version.
